Removing No Country Redirect (NCR) for blogspot.com Shopping Template

BlogrCart Mukabuku Blogger shopping template comes pre-installed with the No Country Redirect (NCR) for blogspot.com domain. Which means throughout your blog store site, your url's will be using the .com extensions & not the country specific extensions (where available). This is deliberately pre-installed in order for your blogshop store to use consistent urls structure since that your users will be sharing your product posts coming from different countries. If your store is focused for country specific users, you can remove the directive from BlogrCart Mukabuku Elite template codes easily.
